Mr. Clean: A sequel to Mr. Messy

Another one of my daughter’s writing endeavors today was to write a story about Mr. Clean (formerly known as Mr. Messy). I’m sure most of you are familiar with the Mr. Men and Little Miss books by Roger Hargreaves. Abby has a few of them, one of which is Mr. Messy. We read Mr. Messy on the train about a month ago, and Abby wanted to know what happened to Mr. Messy after he became Mr. Clean. I suggest that she write story. I helped with a few words here and there, but this is Abigail’s story.

Mr. Clean – A Sequel to Mr. Messy

By Abigail Fraschilla

Mr. Clean saw somebody’s house that was so messy. He wanted to clean it, but first he needed some help. He went to get Mr. Neat and Mr. Tidy, and they said, “Oh no! That’s our house!”

They found out that a bear destroyed their house and ate all of their food. They were very sad, but they tried not to be angry. They decided to help the bear.

They taught the bear to be neat and clean while they cleaned their house. Everyone pitched in! They all became best friends!

The End.

I did influence this a little bit because in Abby’s original story Mr. Neat and Mr. Tidy killed the bear. 😛
